Digital Delivery Policy

Since the platform provides digital services rather than physical goods, there is no physical shipping involved.

  • Immediate Fulfillment: All successful transactions (mobile recharges, DTH, utility bill payments) are processed instantly.

  • Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a digital receipt or "Success" message within the app immediately after the payment is completed. A confirmation SMS is also typically sent to the registered mobile number by the service provider (e.g., Jio, Airtel, TNEB).

  • Shipping Charges: There are zero shipping or delivery fees, as the service is delivered electronically to your account or the recipient's service provider.

Exceptions: Physical Hardwar

If you are a retailer or distributor purchasing physical hardware from Screenpay (such as a Biometric Scanner), the following general rules apply based on their business registration in Tamil Nadu:

  • Courier Partners: Goods are usually sent via standard domestic couriers (like BlueDart, Delhivery, or Professional Couriers).

  • Estimated Timeline: * Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking ID is typically provided via WhatsApp or email once the hardware is dispatched from their Salem office.

What to do if a "Delivery" Fails

If you paid for a recharge but it hasn't "delivered" (reflected on your phone):

1. Check Status: Go to the "Transaction History" or "Reports" section in the Screenpay app.

2. Pending Transactions: If the status is "Pending," the operator is still processing it. Do not attempt the payment again.
