1. Registration Flow

Screenpay typically requires manual verification or a "referral" system since it is a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform. There are two main ways to register:

A. Self-Registration via App

  1. Download: Install the "Screenpay Repayment" app from the Google Play Store.

  2. Sign Up: Click on the "Register" or "New User" button on the home screen.

  3. Details: Enter your Shop Name, Owner Name, Mobile Number, and Email.

  4. OTP: Verify your mobile number using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to you.

  5. Role Selection: Choose whether you want to be a Retailer or Distributor.

B. Registration via Admin (Recommended)

Since some high-margin slabs require manual approval, many users contact the support team directly to create an ID:

Important Security Note

Never share your Login Password or OTP with anyone, even if they claim to be from Screenpay Support. Screenpay staff will never ask for your password over the phone.
