• Wrong Number/Account: Screenpay is generally not responsible for payments made to the wrong mobile number or DTH account. Once a transaction is authorized by the user, it cannot be reversed.

2. Successful Transactions (No Refund)

• Wrong Number/Account: If you enter an incorrect mobile number or consumer ID and the transaction is successful, Screenpay cannot refund the money as it has already been settled with the service provider (Airtel, Jio, Electricity Board, etc.).
