Screenpay Repayment Refund Policy

Most recharge and bill payment platforms like Screenpay operate on a non-refundable basis once a transaction is successfully processed with the operator (Jio, Airtel, DTH providers, etc.).

  • Successful Transactions: If the recharge is successful and the credit has been applied to the mobile/DTH account, a refund is typically not possible.

  • Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your bank account but the recharge fails, the amount is usually automatically refunded to your Screenpay wallet or source bank account within 3 to 7 working days.

  • Wrong Number Recharges: There is generally no "return" or refund policy for recharges made to an incorrect mobile or DTH number.

How to Request a Refund/Support

If you have a specific issue with a repayment, you should contact their support team directly with your

Transaction ID.

Important Notes

  • Transaction Fees: If a refund is granted for a manual error, the platform may deduct a small transaction or processing fee.

  • Verification: Ensure you keep a screenshot of the "Success" or "Failure" screen for any disputed payment.
